自制头颈肿瘤专用定位装置配合三维TPS进行精确放疗定位的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨应用自制头颈部专用立体定位装置配合三维TPS进行精确定位和放射治疗的方法。方法 采用自制头颈专用CT立体定位装置与STAR 2 0 0 0三维TPS配合应用 ,对模拟靶和 8例头颈癌患者进行了CT定位和治疗计划设计 ,并采用模拟定位机对其进行了对比和验证。结果 模拟靶和患者CT立体定位的结果均在模拟定位机上得到验证 ,达到临床精确定位和精确放射治疗的要求。 Objective To study the combined use of a self designed stereotactic frame and 3D TPS for accurate localization and radiotherapy for head and neck cancers. Methods A self designed stereotactic frame was used with 3D TPS in the process of immobilization, CT simulation, and setup for a simulated target and 8 patients with head or neck cancers. The accuracy and feasibility were verified with simulator. Results The results of CT localization of simulated target and patients were identical to those with simulator. Conclusion The method of combined use of a self designed stereotactic frame with 3D TPS is teasible for accurate localization and radiotherapy for head and neck cancers.
