目的 提取分离板蓝根化学成分。方法 板蓝根用 95 %乙醇渗漉 ,不同极性溶剂分级萃取 ,再分别用硅胶和大孔树脂作柱层析分离 ,测定纯化合物的理化常数和波谱数据 ,鉴定化学结构。结果 从板蓝根中分得 2个化合物 ,分别命名为 3 -羟苯基喹唑酮〔3 - ( 2′- hydroxypheny1) - 4 ( 3 H) - quinazolinone〕,依靛蓝酮 ( isaindigodione)。结论 该
