目的 探讨人参皂苷 - Rg1 对大鼠血小板与中性粒细胞之间粘附及颈动脉血栓形成的影响。方法 采用Charlton等方法评价人参皂苷 - Rg1 对电刺激大鼠颈动脉血栓形成的作用 ;应用玫瑰花结试验观察对大鼠血小板与中性粒细胞之间粘附的影响。结果 2 5 m g/ kg人参皂苷 - Rg1 使血栓形成时间从对照组的 ( 18.7± 1.8) m in延长到( 3 6.4± 2 .1) min ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;显著降低凝血酶激活的血小板与中性粒细胞间的粘附率 ,其 IC50 为 81.2μm ol/ L。结论 人参皂苷 - Rg1 具有较强的抗血栓的作用 。

Object To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg 1 on adhesion of neutrophil to platelet, and on carotid thrombosis in rat. Methods Charlton and Rosette test were used to evaluate the effect of ginsenoside Rg 1 on carotid thrombosis induced by electrical stimulation and to observe its effect on the adhesion of neutrophil to platelet in rat respectively. Results Ginsenoside Rg 1 25 mg/kg iv prolonged the thrombotic time from (18.7±1.8) min in control group to (36.4±2.1) min in treatment groups (P<0.05 ); the adhesion of neutrophil to thrombin stimulated platelets was inhibited significantly with IC 50 =81.2 μmol/L. Conclusion The inhibition of ginsenoside Rg 1 on the adhesion of neutrophil to platelet may contribute to its potent anti thrombotic effects.
