慢性肺心病糖尿病伴有白内障行后房型人工晶体植入术临床探讨

A Clinical Study of Posterior Chamber IOL Implantation Cataract Accompanied with Chronic Cor Pulmonale, Diabetes

目的:探讨慢性肺心病、糖尿病伴有白内障行后房型人工晶体（PC-IOL）植入术有关问题。方法:分析6例患者术前、术中及术后的治疗措施。结果:6例患者术后视力恢复满意,无严重并发症。结论:对于慢性肺心病、糖尿病伴有白内障患者只要进行积极治疗和护理,手术也是比较安全的。

: To study PC - IOL implantation for cataract accompanied with chronic cor pulmonale, diabetes. Methods: The preoperative and postoperative treatment of 6 cases were introduced. Results: The postoperative restoration of visual acuity in 6 cases was good. There were no serious complications.Conclusion: Provided treatment and nursing are carried on meticulously, the operation will be safe to patients with chronic cor pulmonale and diabetes.
