摘要
实验表明,用波长为1.06μm的红外激光辐射植物叶片或叶色素提取液,在可见光区(480—520nm波段)有荧光发射.荧光发射光子能量比激发光子能量大.经分析判断,多光子荧光谱出自类胡萝卜素,这种现象为激发态离子相互作用引起的再吸收效应。
We experimentally studied the fluorescence emission from the leaves of the higher plants by the exciton source: Nd: YAG(wavelength 1.06um). The important features of the spectrum are the presence of an emission band spanning the wavelength region from 480 to 620nm, which emanates from the carotenoid system. It is clear that two or more absorbed photons must contribute to the energy of the emitted photons. In this paper we have explained the fluorescence emission induced through the second absorption or through exciton-exciton annihi-kation.
