微量HPLC分析C_(16)~C_(22)长链脂肪酸

摘要 采用18—冠醚—6作相转移催化剂,将长链脂肪酸衍生成具有紫外吸收的对—溴代苯乙酮酯.使用微量高速液相色谱,以添加AgClO_4的有机溶剂作移动相,在C_(18)键合反相柱(95×0.5mmI.D)上成功地分离了:C_(16:0),C_(18:0),C_(20:0),C_(22:0),C_(18:1),C_(18:2),C_(18:3),C_(22:1)等8种长链脂肪酸. The long chain Fatty acids were converted into their derivatives-P-bromc-phenacyl esters by using 18-crown-6 as phase transfer catalyst, then the derivatives were separated by Micro-HPLC with a high efficient C18 revesed phase column (95X0.5mm ID). The organic salution of AgClO4 was used as a mobile phase.
