摘要
目的 探讨肠源性内毒素血症所诱发的细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子 - α(TNF- α)在肝纤维化发生发展中的作用机制。方法 采用该室建立的以复合因子致肝纤维化、肝硬化动物模型进行实验。对血浆 TNF-α和白细胞介素 - 10 (IL - 10 )水平进行动态观察。结果 血浆 TNF-α随肝纤维化进程而增高 ,并与血浆内毒素水平与肝组织胶原蛋白含量均呈正相关。结论 肝纤维化的发生、发展与肠源性内毒素血症密切相关。在肝硬化发展过程中促炎与促纤维化因子 TNF- α起着关键性作用。
Objective To further inquire into the effect mechanism of the cytokine tumor necrosis fact or α (TNF α) induced by enterogenous endotoxemia on the genesis and development of hepatic fibrosis.Methods The hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis rat models were made by carbon tetrachloride (CCL_4) and feeding factor.The plasma TNF α level was observed kinetically.Results Plasma TNF α tended to increase during the whole development of hepatic fibrosis from 1st week to the 8th week and correlated with plasma endotoxin and hepatic collagen contents.Conclusion Enterogenous endotoxemia has a direct bearing on hepatic fibrosis.In the developing process of hepatocirrhosis the inflammation fibrosis inducing factor TNF α plays a key effect.
