摘要
应用液压损伤装置对兔胸撞击 ,制备兔单纯性肺挫伤模型。测定伤后 2 4h内血浆内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)浓度的动态变化、肺湿干重比以及支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BAL F)中 ET- 1浓度、中性粒细胞比例、蛋白含量。结果 :肺挫伤后血浆 ET- 1浓度明显升高 ,肺湿干重比、BAL F的 ET- 1浓度、白细胞比例、蛋白总量比正常对照亦明显升高 ;肺挫伤后使用异搏定的动物较未使用异搏定动物血浆的 ET- 1浓度下降 ,肺湿干重比、BAL F的 ET- 1浓度、白细胞比例、蛋白含量也显著降低。提示 ET- 1是反映肺挫伤后组织损伤的重要指标 ,异搏定可以拮抗 ET- 1,对肺挫伤具有治疗作用。
Anesthetized rabbits were exposed to blunt impact on the right chest by fluid percussion device in order to producing isolated lung contusion model The varity of serum ET 1 concentration in 24h was measured,lung wet/dry weight radio and ET 1 concentration,neutrophils,protein content in the bulmonary alveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were measured also After lung contusion the serum concentration of ET 1 increased obviously lung wet/dry weight radio and ET 1 concentration,neutrophils,protein content in the BALF increased obviously also When verapamil was applied on injured rabbits after contusion,the ET 1 concentration in serum decreased,so did the indexes of BALF and lung wet/dry weight radio It suggested the serum concentration of ET 1 was an important marker of tissue damage of pulmonary contusion,verapamil could antagonize ET 1,it had a certain therapeutical effect on pulmonary contusion
