摘要
报道了微波单次照射雄性果蝇Oregon-K 90sec(652mw/cm^2),yB/Yy+30sec(543mw/cm^2),然后进行标准的性连锁隐性致死突变检测(sLRL test)和非整倍体检测(aneuploidy test).结果表明:在SLRL检测中,对照组和照射组的SLRL率分别为0.033%,和0.17%,两组间无显著性差异,但子一代性比发生了明显的变化.在非整倍体检测中,X或Y染色体的丢失率和不分离率在对照组和照射组间也无显著性差异。
In order to assess potential genetic hazrrds of microwave (2450MHz), two genetic testing systems were employed. Oregon-K males was exposed to sublethal dose of microwave(652mw/ cm) for 90sec., the Muller-5 cross was used to detect SLRL mutations, 5 lethals were found in treated groups, their frequency was not significantly different from that of control groups. But there was a significant increase in ratio of females to males in offspring. Meanwhile, yB/Yy+males was also exposed to sublethal dose of microwave(543mw/cm) for 30sec., the aneuploidy test was used to detect the loss of the X or Y chromosomes and nondisjunction. No difference was found between the treated and control groups. With the testing system used, microwave did not show any mutagenic activity.
