摘要
合理进行大型炼油厂火炬系统设计,对保证工艺装置安全生产、保护环境、节省工程投资有重要意义。就火炬系统工艺设计若干不易掌握的问题提出了一些见解。
It is important to design flare system rationally for assuring safety of process units and protecting environment and economizing engineering investment. This paper advance some views on flare system process design.
