摘要
用中子活化分析技术分析了南极西湖岩芯 (长 1 4 6 cm)中地球化学元素含量 ,结合14 C定年技术 ,发现近 2 0 0 0年来 ,地球化学元素在沉积物中的含量变化与沉积环境密切相关 ,尤其是稀土元素总量ΣREE出现峰值时 ,往往反映了温暖湿润的气候条件 .而元素含量较稳定时 ,往往与干旱寒冷的气候条件相对应 .近 2 0 0 0年来南极的气候变化特征是温暖——寒冷——温暖 。
By Neutron Activation Analysis(NAA) method, chemical elements contents of Xihu lake core in Antarctic were gained, coupled with the result of 14 C age data, It was found that , in recent 2000 years, elements contents of lake core were changed with environmental change. For example, ΣREE peak value reflected the higher temperature, while the stable contents of chemical elements were corresponded with the cold climate condition. It was concluded that climate changed from warm to cold ,then to warm in recent 2000 years, the sudden change of elements was in accordance with the transformation of climate.
