摘要
结合工程造价工作的发展趋势,从投资管理体制、经济法规因素和人员素质等方面分析了建设项目投资失控的原因,提出了相应的对策。
Based on the developing trend of cost of construction, the reasons that caused the investment to lose control in construction project were analyzed in the following aspects; the management system of investment , the economic laws and regulation and the quality of personnel. Some corresponding countermeasures were brought forth in this article.
