This article analyzed the artistic features of Liang Feng-yi 's novels about finance and economics through the following two aspects-description of the heroines' and the legendary plots. The women in the novels were very ideal-beautiful, talented, traditional, virtuous and modern. All of them had surprising and extraordinary life experiences. These novels were plotted with complexity and suspension. The endings were always beyond readers' expectation, which explained why Liang Feng-yi's novels were so popular and salable.
