摘要
主要介绍上海电瓷厂阀片生产线改造过程中 ,彻底改变了原来传统的原料制作工艺 ,采用新型高效振动磨、搅拌球磨机运用于添加剂制备工艺 ,论述了新的制作工艺路线在添加剂制备过程中取得良好效果的原理 ;实践证明 :改进后的制作工艺大幅度提高了生产工效 ,降低能耗 。
During the transformation of the value production line in Shanghai Electric Porcelain Factory,new highly efficient vibrating ball mill and agitation ball mill are used to prepare additives.The improved technology has proved able to reduce energy consumption,comsiderably improve work efficiency and performance of resistance pellet.
