小儿止泻冲剂止泻作用的实验研究

The Pharmacological Study of the Anti-diarrhea Prescription for Children

目的 观察小儿止泻冲剂对小鼠小肠推进运动、药物性腹泻小鼠腹泻次数的影响。方法 采用炭末推进法和药物性腹泻小鼠模型。结果 小鼠灌服小儿止泻冲剂大剂量 (70 2 g/kg)、中剂量 (2 3 4g/kg) ,能抑制正常小鼠和拮抗新斯的明的炭末推进率 ,其抑制效应与阿托品 (0 0 1g/kg)相当。大剂量、中剂量和小剂量(7 8g/kg)小儿止泻冲剂能降低番泻叶引起的药物性腹泻小鼠的腹泻次数。 结论 小儿止泻冲剂具有抑制肠蠕动及止泻作用。

Objactive To observe the effect of the anti-diarrhea prescription for children on the small intestinal movement in mice and the frequency of diarrhea in the drug-induced diarrhea mice Methods The anthraco-propulsion and the druginduced mice models were used in the experiment Results This prescription can inhibit the anthraco-propulsional rate in mice of both the control group and the neostigmine group if given in large dose(70 2g/kg)and medium dose(23 4g/kg)respectively, which is equvalant to the action of atropine,it can also reduce the frequency of diarrhea in the mice of senna induced diarrhea if given in large,medium and low doses (0 01g/kg)respectively Conclusion The priscription has the inhibition effect on peristalsis and anti-diarrhea
