摘要
目的 :观察高压氧 ( HBO)作用下沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注海马 CA1 区神经元凋亡的变化 ,探讨 HBO对脑缺血再灌注损伤的疗效及其机制。方法 :建立沙土鼠脑缺血后再灌注模型 ,用 HBO治疗连续 3 d后 ,应用 H- E和 TU NEL 染色方法 ,观察海马 CA1 区神经元的凋亡情况。结果 :两种方法均显示沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注 3 d后海马 CA1 区大量神经元凋亡 ,HBO治疗组凋亡细胞数明显减少 ( P<0 .0 1) ,并以 0 .2 5 ATA HBO治疗组为佳。 结论 :HBO治疗对海马神经元缺血性损伤有保护作用 ,能减少其凋亡 ,是 HBO治疗脑缺血性损伤的疗效机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of neuronal apoptosis induced by ischemia reperfusion in gerbil hippocampus CA 1 after hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment, and to study the effects of HBO on the treatment of cerebral ischemia. Methods: Ischemia reperfusion model of gerbil was established. The effects of HBO treatment for 3 succesive days on neuronal apoptosis of hippocampus CA 1 were examined using H E and TUNEL staining methods. Results: The number of neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus CA 1 was significantly decreased in HBO treatment groups ( P <0.01). The effect of 0.25 ATA HBO treatment were better than that of 0.15 ATA HBO treatment ( P <0.01). Conclusion: HBO treatment is effective in reducing neuronal apoptosis and in protecting neurons from injury of ischemia reperfusion, this is one of the mechanisms of HBO treatment on the injury of cerebral ischemia.
