抗ds-DNA、抗ENA抗体联合检测在SLE病人诊断中的应用

The Evaluation of the appliance of combined antibodies of anti ds-DNA anti ENA in the diagnosis of SLE

目的 探讨用抗双链DNA(ds-DNA)和抗可提取核抗原 (ENA)抗体联合检测在诊断SLE病人中的应用 ,找出能及时为临床提供快捷可靠检验数据的检测手段。方法 运用免疫印迹法 (IBT)和金标法对 4 0例SLE患者的抗ds-DNA抗体和抗ENA多肽抗体谱进行联合检测 ,以确定两种方法联合检测的临床应用价值。结果 检测各种抗体的阳性率分别为抗ds-DNA 72 .5 % ,抗Sm 6 0 % ,抗ulRNP 32 .5 % ,抗SSA 75 % ,抗SSB 7.5 % ,抗Jo- 12 .5 % ,抗rRNP 5 .0 %。联合检测的阳性率为 87.5 % ,其检测阳性率比单独检测分别提高了 15 %和 2 7.5 %。结论 在SLE患者血清中存在多种自身抗体 ,尤以抗ds -DNA抗体和抗Sm、抗ulRNP抗体为主。用两种方法联合检测 ,在SLE疾病的诊断中互补 ,不但提高了检出率 ,而且操作方法简便 ,重复性好 ,便于在各级医院推广应用。

Objectives In order to elevate diagnosis and treatment level of the SLE patients.We have studied to use combined antibodies of anti ds-DNA and anti ENA and to find out a quick and reliable laboratory data for using in clinical.Methods The immno-blot method and gold leveled method were used for 40 case of SLE patients.Anti ds-DNA and anti ENA polypeptide antibodies were determined in combination in order to determine value of these two combined evaluation.Results The positive rates of variance antibodies were,anti ds-DNA 72.5,anti Sm 60%,anti ulRNP 32.5%,anti SSA 7.5%,anti SSB 7.5%,anti Jo-1 2.5%,anti rRnp 5.0%.The positive rate of combined determination was 87.5%,this date is higher than isolat determinatorn 15% and 27.5% respeteids.Conclusions The above results demonstrate;In SLE patients serum there were self-antibodies,the main parts were anti ds-DNA,anti Sm,anti ulRNP,By two methods of combined determination those antibodies have reciprocal function to each other diagnosis not only the positive rate was elevated but easy to performance and has well repeatedly.It is very useable to widen the use in every rank of hospitals.
