摘要
目的 研究Wistar大鼠血清醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳的方法 ,并建立正常值参考范围。方法 参考人血清醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳的方法并适当调整。结果 Wistar大鼠血清蛋白各组分相对含量与人的稍有不同。α1相对含量较高。结论 电压或延长电泳时间 ,可使Wistar大鼠血清各蛋白组分分离 ,获得清晰的电泳图谱。各组分相对含量稳定 。
Objectives To establish the electrophoresis method of cellulose acetate filter and normal data on serum of wistar rat. Methods Based on the method of cellulose acetate filter electrophoresis on serum of human beings and revise. Results There is little different in serum protein compentent of wistar rat and human beings.The content of α1 globulin of wistar rat is higher.Conclusions The serum protein could be separate clearly if increase the voltage or prolong the electrophoresis time. The relative content of serum protein compentent of wistar rat is steady and can be used in student experiment and science study.
