整和素α_2β_1在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

Expression of integrin α_2β_1 in bladder carcinoma

为探讨粘附分子整和素 α2 β1 (下简称 α2 β1 )在膀胱癌中的表达及其与膀胱癌分化、侵袭转移的关系 ,采用免疫组织化学法对 75例膀胱癌患者的癌组织石蜡包埋标本进行α2 β1 半定量检测。结果有 5 4例 (72 % )α2 β1 表达减弱或消失 ;α2 β1 阳性率高分化癌明显高于低分化癌 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,伴淋巴结转移者明显低于无淋巴结转移者 (P<0 .0 5 )。认为α2 β1 表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度、淋巴结转移呈负相关 。

To investigate the integrin α2β 1(abbreviate for α 2β 1 bellow) expression in bladdercarcinoma and its relation with tumor differentiation,invasion,metastasis,the integrin α 2β 2 was detected in paraffin wax specimens from 75 patients with bladder carcinoma using immunohistochemistry technique (PAP method) The expression of α 2β 1 in 54 cases(72%)with bladder carcinoma was weaker than that in the surrounding normal urothelial tissues The positive rate of integrin α 2β 1 was lowere in poorly differentiated carcinoma group than than in well differentiated group(P< 0 05) The positive rate of integrin α 2β 1 was lower in mertastatic carcinoma group than that in non-metastatic group(P< 0 05) The weak or loss expression of integrin α 2β 1 is related with differentiation and metastasis of bladder carcinoma
