摘要
用201型阴离子交换树脂从α粒子辐照的金靶中分离出^(199)T1,并制备出109T1Cl注射液,放射性核素纯度99.71%,非放射性杂质元素的含量为:T1<0.114μg/mL,Fe1.910μg/mL,Au0.330μg/mL.
199Tl is separated from a-bombarded gold target with model 201 anion exchange resin. 199TlCl injection solution is prepared with 199Tl obtained from radiochemical separation. The radionuclide purity of 199T1C1 injection solution is 99.71%. The inactive impurity elements contained in 1 mL of 199TlCl injection solution, whose specific radioactivity is 2mci/mL, are: <0.114μg for Tl, 1.910μg for Fe, 0.330μg for Au.
