二阶OTA-C滤波器的设计与分析

摘要 提出了二阶OTA—C滤波器的一种系统的设计与分析方法,根据这种方法对二阶低通、高通、带通、带阻和全通滤波器作了系统的讨论.通过计算机模拟程序SPICE—Ⅱ和实验测试,证实了该设计方法与理论分析是正确的. In this paper, a systematic analysis and design method for second-order OTA-C filters is presented. Second-order low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and all-pass, band-rijection filters are studied systematically with this method, and all possible forms of these filters are obtained. Computer simulation program SPICE-I(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis) is ran for these filters, and the results show that the analysis and design method is correct.
