唾液酸化LewisX与癌胚样抗原在大肠癌表达的对比研究

CONTRASTIVE STUDY OF SIALYL LEWIS X AND CEA EXPRESSION IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

目的 探讨唾液酸化LewisX与CEA在大肠癌中的表达及其与肿瘤发生发展、侵袭转移及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化微波 -LSAB法检测 90例大肠癌中唾液酸化LewisX和CEA蛋白的表达状况。结果 大肠癌组织中唾液酸化LewisX和CEA表达阳性率分别为 92 .2 %和 90 .0 % ,唾液酸化LewisX表达与大肠癌的组织类型无关 ,与CEA相关。唾液酸化LewisX和CEA表达均与大肠癌的浸润和转移有关。结论 在大肠癌的发展及浸润、转移过程中唾液酸化LewisX和CEA表达具有相关性。对两者联合检测更有助于判断大肠癌发生、分化、浸润、转移和预后。

Objective To investigate the expression levels of sialyl Lewis X and CEA in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with the carcinogenesis, metastasis and its prognosis. Methods Sialyl Lewis X and CEA expressions in 90 cases were detected with mocrowave-LSAB immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rates of sialyl Lewis X and CEA were 92.2% and 90.0% respectively. CEA expression showed relevance to the histologic types of colorectal carcinoma but sialyl Lewis X didn't. Both expressions of sialyl Lewis X and CEA were associated with the infiltration and metastasis of the carcinoma. Conclusion Correlation of sialyl Lewis X and CEA with colorectal carcinoma indicates that combined examination of the expressions of sialyl Lewis X and CEA can be better used for estimating the carcinogenesis, differentiation, infiltration, metastasis and prognosis.
