摘要 目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)猕猴桃果汁对降低血清与红细胞丙二醛 (MDA)含量的作用。方法 测定SOD猕猴桃果汁服用前后正常妇女红细胞MDA及血清MDA的含量。结果 SOD猕猴桃果汁服用后 ,红细胞与血清MDA含量显著降低 ,红细胞MDA与血清MDA含量呈显著正相关。结论 纯天然SOD猕猴桃果汁具有抗脂质过氧化、降低血清和红细胞MDA含量的作用。 Objective To observe the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) kiwifruit juice on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the red blood cells and the serum. Methods Measure the content of the levels of MDA in the red blood cells and serum in normal healthy women before and after their administration of SOD kiwifruit juice. Results The content of MDA in the red blood cells and the serum was significantly decreased after the administration of SOD kiwifruit juice. And the content of MDA in the red blood cells had remarkable positive correlation with that in the serum. Conclusion The pure natural SOD kiwifruit juice may promote the antioxidative functions and cut down the content of MDA in the red blood cells and the serum.
