摘要
本文提出了两个比较重要的关系式,用来描述地震活动在时间域的自组织、自相似特征。即N(τ)~τ^(-D)和 N(≤t)~t^d,前一个关系式说明地震时间序列符合 D 维的分维分布,而不是泊松分布,后一个非线性关系式可以作为一种递推关系和预报方法用于强震的中期预报。
In this Paper we present two important expressions used to describe the self-organization and self-similarity of intraplate seismic activity in the temporal domain。They are N(=τ)~τ^(-p)and N(=t)~t^d。The first expression reveals that the temporal distribution of earthquakes is in accordance with the fractal statistical model and is out of accord with the Poisson model;the second can be considered as a recurrence formula and a medium-term forecast method to predict strong earthquakes.
