摘要
本文归纳了“8.5地炮”灾害的特点,讨论了与近期地震活动关系,提出了防治、减轻“地炮”灾害的建议。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of “8.5 ground blowout disaster”and its relation to seis- mieity,and gives some suggestions for reducing the “ground blowout”disaster.
