摘要
作者发现强余震发生与主震相隔时间存在着对数线性关系,即:logΔT_i=ax_i+β(x_i=1,2,3.……)作者利用该公式对1988年11月27日6.3级和11月30日6.7级两次澜沧—耿马的最大强余震作出了较好的预报。
It is found in this paper that there is logarithmically linear relation between strong post—earth- quake occurrence and main event interval,i,e., logΔT_i=ax+β(x=1,2,3,…). Using this formula,the maximum strong post—earthquakes of two Lancang—Gengma earthqukes on Nov.27,1988(M=6.3)and Nov.30,1988(M=6.7)can be forcasted rather well.
