摘要
结合个人实践 ,从两个方面总结分析了教师角色扮演中诸多因素对教学效果的影响 .一方面从教师教学具备的素质 ,自信心 ,性格、性别的差异 ,教学设计四个层面进行了探讨 ;另一方面从教学环境 ,课堂出现突发事件 ,应变能力 ,角色转变四个层面进行了分析 .它对搞好微格教学训练 ,提高师范生课堂教学技能 ,加快师范生自身的发展有着重要的指导意义 .
According to personal experience,this article,from two aspects analyses and summarizes the influence of the various factors in the teacher's role-playing on teaching results.First,it probes into the four levels of the teacher's qualities for teaching,self-confidence,sex and character differences and teaching design.Second,it analyses the four levels of teaching environment,sudden classroom occurrences,ability in dealing with contingencies and role-changes.Therefore,this article is of great significance in doing microteaching practice well,enhancing students' classroom teaching techniques of teachers college and speeding up their development.
