摘要
综述了分子遗传标记限制性片段长度多态、随机扩增多态DNA、DNA指纹、微卫星DNA、线粒体DNA限制性片段长度多态、扩增片段长度多态DNA等技术的原理、遗传特点,及其在绵羊和山羊遗传育种中的研究现状,并对其在绵羊和山羊育种中的应用前景作了展望.
In this paper, the principles and genetic characteristics of molecular genetic marker technology on restriction fragment length polymorphism, random amplified polymorphism DNA, DNA fingerprinting, microsatellite DNA, MtDNA restriction fragment length polymorphism, amplified fragment length polymorphism DNA etc. are reviewed in detail and the current situation of research on genetics and breeding in sheep and goat also is introduced, and the future application is prospected in sheep and goat breeding.
