电沉积铁铬合金的研究

Electrodeposition of Fe-Cr Alloy Coating

研究了在甘氨酸和三价铬离子的水溶液中电沉积铁铬合金的工艺条件 ,在 DK为 1 0～ 30 A/dm2、p H为 1 .5～ 3.0的条件下 ,可得到外观亮泽、结合力好的铁铬合金镀层 ,其中铬的质量分数可大于 2 0 % .还探讨了甘氨酸浓度、电流密度及 p H对镀层中铬含量的影响 ,并初步研究了甘氨酸以及部分添加剂对电沉积过程的影响 .

The operation conditions of electrodeposition of Fe Cr alloy from glycine trivalent chromium electrolyte have been investigated. Deposited at D K =10～35 A/dm 2,pH1 5～3 0, Fe Cr alloy deposit had a bright appearance and exhibited good adhesion on copper, whose Cr% was beyond 20 wt%. The influence of changes in the concentration of glycine, current density and pH on Cr% of deposits is described in this paper. It is also primarily studied that the role of glycine and addition on electrodeposition.
