In 2002, because of the constant world-wide economy regression and the more large degressive press of Chinese economy, the environment of Anhui economy is more complicated than ever before. Facing the competition brought by economy globzation and developed province, in 2002, Anhui must positively adjust the relationship between the market and the government, the structure of economy and area layout according to WTO rules and regulations, Anhui also need to speed up the opening-up step, build the new comparative advantage.
