具有多元经营主体的矿产资源开发动态决策研究(Ⅰ)—理论模型

A Multi-stage Dynamic Decision-making Model of Mine Resources Exploitation with Many Running Units(Ⅰ)-Theoretical Analysis

研究当某一矿产资源具有多元经营主体 ,资源的经营权归所有经营主体共同拥有 ,相互之间没有达成各自开发资源总数量限制的协议 ,经营主体之间处于非合作竞争状态时 ,考虑经营主体之间技术水平差异的因素 ,建立了矿产资源开发的多阶段动态决策模型。通过模型的一个特例 ,从资源最佳配置的角度给出各经营主体的最优跨期开采决策以及最优资源开采权划分协议。

Under condition that a mine resource is developed by many running units, the right of mine resource exploitation is shared by them, no agreement on allocation of exploitation right is done and they are in non-cooperative competition situation, this paper puts forth the mulit-stage dynamic decision-making model of mine resources in rgard to the difference of technology level of running units firstly. Then this paper gives the optimal decision-making on exploitation and the ideal allocation of exploitation right by a special case of this model, which can lead to the maximum profit over the exploitation term of this mine resource.
