摘要 医疗服务质量管理是医院管理的基础和核心,是医院综合实力的体现.医疗服务质量应随着社会的进步、事业的发展而不断完善,确立适应时代特征的新型医疗服务质量观,不断提高医疗质量、服务质量和管理质量,最大限度地满足病人的需要.
