摘要
运用 Ag NOR技术对胆囊的良性及恶性病理组织进行探讨。结果发现 :恶性组与良性组比较 ,无论数量还是形态、大小都有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;实验表明 Ag NOR计数及形态学分型同样适用于胆囊的良恶性的诊断和鉴别诊断。
The authors studied both the benign and malignant pathological tissue of gallbladders with the help of AgNOR. A significant difference (P<0.001) between malignant group and benign group was shown in three ways: quantity, form and size of the tumors. The experiments revealed that AgNOR counting and morphological typing could also be used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of both benign and malignant tumor in the gallbladders.
