TWO NEW SPECIES AND THREE SUPPLEMENTAL DESCRIPTIONS OF FAMILY HETEROPODIDAE FROM CHINA ( ARACHNIDA: ARANEAE)

本文描述了产于云南省、湖南省和江西省的乳突蛛属一新种,疣状乳突蛛,新种Thel-cticopis verrucasp.nov.和巨蟹蛛属一新种,袋状巨蟹蛛,新种Heteropoda marsupiasp.nov.及格氏巨蟹蛛雄性、岷山巨蟹蛛和钩形巨蟹蛛雌性。该五种均绘有外雌器和触肢器鉴别特征图。模式标本保存在湖南省生物研究所。

This paper presents the descriptions of two species of spiders under genera Thelcticopis and Heteropoda, and supplementary data on other three species i.e. Heteropoda grahami Fox, 1939, Heteropoda minschana Schenkel, 1937 and Heter- opoda hamata Fox, 1937. The English version of the latter three species is omitted here. The descriptions of its female or males are supplied in this paper. All the type specimens are deposited in Hunan Biology Research Institute. Thelcticopis verruca sp. nov. (Figs. 1-4) Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, Jinghong County (100°45′E, 22°00′N) , Yunnan Province, Oct. 18, 1987, Wang Jiafu; paratypes 3 ♀♀, Mengyang (100°25′E, 22°00′N) , Yunnan Province, July 28-30, 1981, Wang Jiafu. H o l o t y p e ♂: t o t a l l e n g t h 1 6 .8 0 , c a r a p a c e 7 .0 0 × 6 .2 0 ,a b d o me n 1 0 . 0 0 × 4 . 5 0 , Allotype♀: total length 22.40, carapace 9.20×9.00, abdomen 13.80×10.80. Carapace, palp and legs redish brown, Chelicera, maxillae, labium and sternum brownish black. Chelieera armed three promarginal and four retroma- rginal teeth. Leg formula 2, 1, 3, 4. The dorsum of abdomen yellowish brown, with six patterns as sword-shaped. Venter of abdomen blackish brown. Tibia with two apophyses on the distal end. Embolus curved as a circular and with two small apophyses on the internal side. This new species is allied to Thelcticopis severa (L. Koch, 1975) ,but dif- fers from the latter by: (1) Epigynum triangle-shaped, not pear-shaped; (2) Copulatory canals screw-shaped, not horn-shaped. Heteropoda marsupia sp. nov. (Figs. 5-10) Holotype♂, allotype♀, Yangping (98°85′E, 25°22′N),Yunnan Province, March 9, 1981, Wang Jiafu. Holotype♂: total len gth 12.00, c arapace 5.7 0×5.40, abd o men 6.40×3.40. Allotype♀: total length 15.20, carapace 6.60×6.10, abdomen 9.50×6.80. Carapace, chelicera, palp, maxillae, labium, sternum and legs yellowish brown, without any pattern. Chelicera armed three promarginal and four retro- marginal teeth. Leg formula 2,1,4,3. Dorsum and venter of abdomen yellowish brown. Tibia with two apophyses on the distal end, one ladle-shaped,the other long finger-shaped. Median septum of epigynum fan-shaped. This new species is allied to H.amphora Fox, 1936, but differs from the latter in median septum of epigynum fan-shaped, not bottle-shaped.
