摘要 [目的 ]研究近年来钢铁企业热辐射作业对工人视觉的损伤及其特点。 [方法 ]现场检测作业环境高温和热辐射等气象条件 ,检查 885名热辐射作业工人视力和包括晶体在内的眼部损伤症状和体征。 [结果 ]钢铁冶金各炉前作业热辐射危害仍十分严重 ,随作业工龄增加视力有明显下降趋势 ,晶体混浊检出率达 9 46% ,并发现与热源距离及本岗位工龄有关。 [结论 ]应研究和制定预防热辐射对工人视觉损伤新技术和管理规范 。 To study the cause and characteristic of vision of employees exposed to infrared rediation in iron and steel production. Investigation on the working surroundings of high temperature and intensity of infrared radiation,examining the eyes lesion such as vision failing and cataract in 885 employees. The infrared radiation was still doing rather harm on peoples eyes who worked straight facing to the furnace of iron and steel refine,employees vision failed with the work length,the rate of lens turbid was 9 46%,the incidence of eye lesion was associated with the distance of heat resource and the work length. [Conclusion] New technology and operative methods should be made out and used adequately in order to prevent vision damage from inferared radiation;employees should be instructed to pay more attention to their eyes in the work and with regular operation.
