接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄28例报告

URETHRAL STRICTURES TREATMENT WITH CONTACT LASER

目的 :探讨经尿道SLT接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法 :通过经尿道途径应用SLT接触式激光系统和Stroz直角肾镜治疗 2 8例尿道狭窄。结果 :手术全部成功 ,术后 2 8例均获随访 ,平均随访时间 7.84个月 ,17例 (6 0 .7% ) 1次治愈 ,排尿通畅 ;11例 (39.3% )术后 1～ 5个月尿线变细行定期尿道扩张 ,其中 8例治愈 ,其余 3例改为不定期尿道扩张。结论 :经尿道接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄具有操作简便、损伤小、安全有效、并发症少、恢复快等优点 ,但有一定的复发率 ,复发病人可经尿道扩张缓解症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of SLT contact laser in treating urethral strictures.Methods:SLT contact laser was applied for treating 28 cases of urethral strictures.Results:SLT contact laser was successfully used to treat all the patients of urethral strictures.All the patients were followed for a mean(range) of 7.84 months;17 cases (60.7%) were successful and voided influently during the follow-up.However, 11 cases (39.3%) still had mild obstructive voiding symptoms and 8 of these got satisfactory results after the urethral dilatation.Conclusions:This experience with the contact laser for treating urethral strictures suggests that it is not also safe and reliable,but provided with advantages of simple procedure,short operation time and rapid convalescence.Furthermore,there were parts of patients with recurrent urethral strictures and need the further urethral dilatation.
