胸腔镜肺楔形切除术在肺肿瘤治疗中的应用

APPLICATION OF VIDEO-ASSISTED THORACOSCOPY PULMONARY WEDGE RESECTION IN THERAPY OF LUNG TUMOR

目的 :探讨胸腔镜肺楔形切除在肺肿瘤治疗中的应用。方法 :回顾分析自 1996年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 6月 33例胸腔镜肺楔形切除病人的资料。结果 :手术时间、术后引流时间、住院时间均可明显缩短 ,无手术死亡及严重并发症。结论 :胸腔镜楔形切除术是简单可行的、安全快捷的 ,正越来越得到广泛的应用。

Objective To study the application of video_assisted thoracoscopy pulmonary wedge resection in therapy of lung tumor.Methods From January 1996 to June 2001,we successfully performed a total of 33 thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resections.Results The duration of postoperative chest tube drainage was 2.2 days and hospital stay 7 days.There was no mortality associated with the procedures and serious complication.Conclusions Video_assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resections are feasible and simple,safe and effective procedures being applied widely.
