手辅式腹腔镜在泌尿系大器官和复杂手术中的应用

HAND-ASSISTED LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY IN UROLOGICAL BIG ORGANS AND COMPLICATED OPERATIONS

目的 :探讨手辅式腹腔镜在泌尿系大器官和复杂手术中的应用。方法 :手辅式腹腔镜施行根治性肾切除、肾输尿管全切除及根治性肾输尿管全切除各 1例。结果 :3例手术全部成功。术后无并发症发生 ,效果良好 ,肾盂癌和肾癌分别随访 3个月和 6个月未见局部复发和远处转移。结论 :手辅式腹腔镜手术不仅具有常规腹腔镜创伤小、恢复快的优点 ,且操作相对简单 ,易于掌握 ,安全性较高 ,适合于泌尿系大器官、复杂手术。

Objective To study the applications of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery in urology and complicated operations.Methods Hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery were performed for 3 patients, radical nephrectomy, ureteronephrectomy and radical ureteronephrectomy respectively.Results Success has been achieved in all cases without major complications, we follow-up renal pelvis carcinoma after 3 months and nephrocarcinoma after 6 months. There were no local recurrence and metastasis. Conclusions Hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery is not only less traumatic but also less post operative discomfort and quick recovery.High safety and easy manipulation in such cases is main advantage. So Hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery is preferred in urological big organs and some complicated operation.
