自制新型气动式套扎器的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF SELF-MADE NEW PNEUMATIC ACTIVATED ESOPHAGEAL LIGATOR

目的 :评价自行研制的新型气动式食管静脉曲张套扎器的临床使用效果。方法 :利用自己开发研制的新型气动式食管静脉曲张套扎器对 2 0例肝硬化并食管静脉曲张破裂出血病例实施了食管静脉曲张套扎术 ,同时与日本生产的气动式套扎器进行了比较。结果 :自行研制的新型气动式食管静脉曲张套扎器的使用效果良好 ,部分性能优于进口产品。结论 :此种新型气动式食管静脉曲张套扎器的使用简捷灵活 ,性能可靠 ,价格低廉 。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the self_made new pneumatic activated esophageal variceal ligator.Method 20 patients with the esophageal variceal bleeding in hepatocirrhasis were treated with the new pneumatic activated esophageal variceal ligator,and compared with the pneumatic activated esophageal variceal ligator made in Japan.Results The efficacy of our new pneumatic activated esophageal variceal ligator is very good and superior to Japanese's product in some aspects.Conclusions The new pneumatic activated esophageal variceal ligator is simple,easily used,effective,reliable,cheap price and worth generalise.
