原发性尿道腺癌

PRIMARY URETHRAL ADENOCARCINOMA

目的 :提高对尿道腺癌的认识。方法 :报道 2例尿道腺癌 ,并结合有关文献讨论其起源、诊断和治疗。结果 :2例均行手术切除 ,术后病检确诊 ,无并发症 ,随访 5年未见复发。结论 :尿道腺癌起源尚未明确 ,诊断依赖于尿道镜检及病理检查 。

Objective:To evaluate the origin,diagnosis and treatment of the primary urethral adenocarcinoma. Method:Two cases of primary urethral adenocarcinoma were presented,the literatures were reviewed and the origin,diagnosis and treatment of the disease were discussed.Results:Both the patients were treated with segmental urethrectomy and diagnosed by pathological study,Both of them had good rehabilitation and have not recurred after 5 years' follow-up.Conclusions:The origin of primary urethral adenocarcinoma is not clear,exact diagnosis of the disease depends on urethral endoscopy and pathological examination.Operation is a better treatment.
