饮水疗法治疗羊水过少疗效分析

THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF HYDROTHERAPY TO TREAT OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS

目的 :探讨饮水疗法治疗羊水过少的临床价值。方法 :选择羊水过少及羊水偏少孕妇 6 2例 ,随机分成两组 ,治疗组除日常饮食外 ,每天 1h内饮水 15 0 0ml,饮水前、饮水后 7d分别测定羊水指数 (AFI) ;对照组只按日常饮食 ,于观察前、观察后 7d分别测定AFI。以后 ,两组均每 2～ 3周动态观察AFI 1次 ,直至分娩。比较两组的妊娠结局。结果 :治疗组 :饮水 7d后AFI、分娩前AFI均较饮水前明显增加 ,P <0 .0 1。观察组 :观察前、7d后和分娩前AFI三组之间比较 ,差异无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5。治疗组新生儿体重为 3.16kg ,剖宫产例数 6例 ,对照组分别为 2 .91kg和 14例 ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性。均P <0 .0 5。结论 :饮水疗法是治疗羊水过少的有效方法 ,并可促进胎儿发育 ,降低剖宫产率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of hydrotherapy to treat oligohydramnios.Method:Sisty_two pregnant women who were diagosied oligohydramniso when having maternity check were admitted into this research and randomly divided into two groups.There were 32 cases in A group,besides 2 who gave birth to oafs,and 30 cases drank 1500ml water in one hour every day besides diet.AFI was mensurated before and 7 day after drinking.There were 30 cases in B group who having diet without added water,and AFI was mensurated before and 7 day after observing.After treatment above,two groups had their AFI mensurated every 3 weeks till delivery and the result of pregnancy was compared between 2 groups.Results:Of A group,there was significant difference ( P <0.01) of AFI between 7 day after hydrotherapy (135.10±30.06mm) and before hydrotherapy (78.26±2.53mm),and so was the result between AFI before delivery and before hydrotherapy.Of B group,there were no significant difference ( P >0.05) among 7 day after hydrotherapy (78.70±8.75mm),before hydrotherapy (77.20±5.06mm),and before delivery.The mean weight was 3.16kg,and there were 6 cases who had caesarean section in A group.The mean weight was 2.91kg,and there were 14 cases who had caesarean sectiong in B group.There was significant difference ( P >0.05) between 2 groups.Conclusions:Hydrotherapy is an effective means to treat oligohydramnios,imrover fetal growth,and decrease the possibility of aesarean section.
