比目鱼肌瓣加韧厚皮移植修复胫前软组织缺损

GRAFTING OF SOLEUS FLAP PLUS BLADE-THICK SKIN FOR ANTEVIOR BIBIAL SOFT-TISSUE DEFECTS RECONSTRUCTION

目的 :探索简单易行的胫前软组织缺损修复方法。方法 :采用比目鱼肌瓣顺行或逆行转移加韧厚皮移植修复胫前缺损。结果 :所修复的病例均一期手术治疗获得成功 ,术后观察 6个月～ 2年 ,均无并发症发生。结论 :利用比目鱼肌瓣加韧厚皮移植修复胫前软组织缺损是安全、可靠。

Objective:To explore a simple method in repairing the defects of anterior bibial soft-tissue.Methods:Repair of anterior tibial soft-tissue defects by tranfering soleus flap antegrade or retrograde plus grafting of blade-thick skin.Results:Followed up for 6 to 24 months,the repaired cases showed excellent results,no operation complications occurred.Conclusion:The treatment discribed here could be advocated in view of its safety, reliability and simplicity.
