食管良性狭窄球囊扩张和恶性狭窄内支架治疗(附14例报告)

The Treatment of Benign Esophageal Stricture With Balloon Dilation and Malignant Stricture With Stent Implantation:A Report of 14 Cases

目的 :评价球囊扩张和金属内支架在食管良、恶性狭窄中的治疗作用。方法 :对作了球囊扩张或内支架的 14例食管狭窄病例进行回顾性分析。结果 :14例经过 5～ 5 6个月随访观察 ,良性食管狭窄经球囊扩张后多数病例吞咽困难得到改善 ;恶性食管狭窄放置金属内支架后 ,吞咽困难均缓解。结论 :球囊扩张治疗良性食管狭窄效果满意 ;对食管胃吻合口狭窄 ,在扩张时选择“Inove”球囊较好 ;

Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of balloon dilation in benign esophageal stricture and stent implantation in malignant stricture.Methods:14 cases of esophageal stricture with balloon dilation or stent implantation were analyzed.Results 14 cases were followed for 5～56 months.In cases of benign esophageal stricture with balloon dilation dysphagia was improved.In cases of malignant esophageal stricture with stent implantation,dysphagia was rapidly improved.Conclusion:The treatment effect of balloon dilation in benign esophageal stricture was well.In cases of gastroesophageal anastomatic stricture,when balloon dilation it is better to selected balloon of “Inove”.Stent implantation is an effective palliative treatment for esophageal carcinoma with advance dysphasia.
