肺硬化性血管瘤的影像表现

Imaging Findings of Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma

目的 探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析 5例肺硬化性血管瘤X线胸片及其中 3例CT扫描检查的表现 ,并与术后病理进行对照研究。结果 5例肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现为肺周围型孤立性圆形、类圆形肿块或结节影 ,密度均匀 ,边缘清楚 ,无深分叶征、血管切迹征 ,大小约 3 .0cm ,CT增强扫描肿瘤明显均匀强化。结论 影像检查可提示肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断 ,CT增强对本病的诊断具有一定价值。

Objective To study the imaging findings of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH). Methods Imaging findings of 5 cases of PSH were reviewed. All of the 5 cases had plain chest films. 3 of them underwent CT scanned. The correlations of imaging pathology of PSH were investigated. Results The imaging fingings of 5 cases of PSH were as follow:solitary mass or nodule located in peripheral lung with clear and smooth margin, homogeneous density, no deep lobulation and vascularnotch sign as well as about 3.0cm in diameter. Computed tomography demonstrated a homogeneously enhance in the nodules. Conclusion The diagnosis of PSH may be suggested by imaging examination, CT enhancement is very important for diagnosis of PSH.
