摘要
目的 经盆腔动脉内灌注化疗及栓塞术对恶性滋养细胞肿瘤疗效观察。方法 对 2 1例妇科恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者实施了选择性盆腔动脉造影和动脉内化学药物灌注及栓塞术。参照WHO标准评价肿瘤的变化。结果 7例肿瘤完全消失 ,8例肿瘤缩小 5 0 %以上 ,3例肿瘤缩小 2 5 %～ 5 0 % ,3例肿瘤缩小 2 5 %以下。结论 动脉内化学药物灌注及栓塞治疗妇科恶性滋养细胞肿瘤有明显疗效 ,化疗药物的副作用小。
Objective To observe the therapeutics of transcatheter pelvic arterial chemotherapy and emobolization in the treatment of malignant trophoblastic tumor. Methods Selected pelvic arteriography was performed in 21 cases of the malignant trophoblastic tumor and the changes of tumor were evaluated with the standard of WHO. Results Tumor completely disappeared in 7 cases. The tumor shrinked more than 50% in 8 cases, 25%-50% in 3 cases and less than 25% in 3 cases. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of pelvic arterial chemotherapy and emobolization with little side effects in the treatment of malignant trophoblastic tumor was superior to intravenous chemotherapy.
