磁共振成像钆对比剂不良反应的临床观察

Clinical Observations of Adverse Reactions to Gd-DTPA Contrast Media

目的 评价磁共振成像钆对比剂的不良反应发生率和安全性。方法 1993年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 8月 10 83 1例作增强磁共振成像检查 ,静脉注射钆喷酸葡胺注射液 0 .1～ 0 .2mmol/kg后 ,观察不良反应的发生情况。 结果 10 83 1例患者发生不良反应 13例 ,其中非过敏性反应 5例 ,轻度过敏性反应 7例 ,中度过敏性反应 1例 ,无重度过敏性反应和死亡病例。结论 静脉注射钆喷酸葡胺注射液作为磁共振成像检查对比剂 ,不良反应发生率极低 ,临床应用安全。

Objective To evaluate the adverse reactions rates and safety of MRI Gd DTPA contrast media. Methods The adverse reactions were observed after injecting gadopentetic acid meglumine injection (0.1～0.2mmol/kg) from 10831 cases of patients with AVenhanced MRI. Results Adverse reactions exited in 13 cases (0.12%), of which 5 nonallergic reactions, 7 mild allergic reactions, one moderate allergic reactions. No severe allergic reactions and death cases occured. Conclusion As a contrast media of MRI,the adverse reactions rates of gadopentetic acid meglumine injection are very low, so it is safe in the clinical application.
