1570例眼白内障复明手术的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Sight Restoration Operation on 1570 Eyes of Cataract Patients

目的：探讨白内障现代囊外白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的手术时机、术式选择、手术技巧、人工晶体植入方法、术中、术后并发症的处理、手术效果等．方法：对 １５７０眼白内障复明手术进行回顾性研究．结果：１５７０眼白内障患者，术后早期随访（一周内），视力＞０．３为１４２９眼，脱残辛９１．０２％，视力＞０．０５为１５２４眼．脱残脱盲率９７．０８％，植入人工晶体１４３４眼，植入率为９１．３９％．结论 白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术是目前白内障患者复明较好的治疗方法之一，不需贵的复杂仪器设备，操作相对简便，手术时间相对缩短．经济省时，掌握对术式、切口、手术技巧、人工晶体植入方法等，具备很少的设备就可让患者恢复眼的正常屈光状态和全面的重建视功能．

Objective: To explore extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and intraocular lens (IOL ) implantation on the cataract treatment through operative opportunity and operation type selection, operative skill and implantation method of artificial lens, intraoperative or postoperative complication management and operative effect, etc. Methods: Retrospective study was taken on 1570 eyes of cataract patients with sight restoration operation. Results: Among 1570 eyes of cataract patients, 1429 eyes (91.02%) got out of disablement with the vision ≥0.3, 1524 eyes (97.08%) got out of disablement and blindness with the vision >0.05, and 1434 eyes (91.39%) were implanted artificial lens at early postoperative follow-up (within 1 week). Conclusions: For the time being ECCE combining with IOL implantation should be one of the better therapies for sight resoration operation of cataract patients, which is not necessary for the expensive equipment, with relatively simple procedure and short operative time, low expenses and short hospital stay.
