高血压合并蛋白尿患者的脂质代谢分析

摘要 目的:研究脂质代谢在高血压合并蛋白尿患者中的临床愈义.方法 对78例高血压患者血月旨进行分析,并检测其24h尿蛋白定量等,用逐步多元回归分析法进行统计学处理.结果:高血压患者存在着明显的脂质代谢异常,以CH、LDL-C、TG增高为著,且高血压合并蛋白尿与 CH、LDL-C、TG呈正相关(r分别为 0.336;0.354;0.337,P均<0.01).结论:高血压病人中高脂血症的存在可能是促进肾脏损害重要因素之一. Objective: To study the character of lipid metabolism in essential hypertension with proteinuria. Methods: The blood lipid analysis and 24 hours proteinuria were estimated in 78 essential hypertension. Results: There was significant lipid metabolism in essential hypertension ,and blood CH, TG and LDL-C were high significantly. blood CH, TG and LDL-C were positive correlation with proteinuria in essential hypertension (r =0.336; 0.3 54; 0.337, respectively, P<0.0l) . Conclusion: The essential hypertension disease with proteinuria was one of kidney damaging important factors.
