摘要
中医治疗慢性肺源性心脏病应在辨证治疗的基础上 ,结合本病的中西医病机特点 ,注意使用活血化瘀药、清热解毒药、化痰止咳药、调理脾胃药、虫类药、益气药等 。
As for treating chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD), based on differentiating syndrome, considering the pathology feature of TCM and west medicine, the following category drugs are always selected for satisfied treatment efficacy: activating blood and removing stasis, clearing heat and detoxicating, removing phlegm and restraining cough, regulating spleen and stomach, insect drugs, nourishing Qi drugs respectively.
