摘要
综述了非淋菌性尿道炎中西医研究进展 ,本病主要由衣原体、支原体感染引起 ,中医病机特点是虚实夹杂 ,湿热为主要病因。西医治疗主要使用的药物是大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类抗生素 。
Reviews on study and therapy for NGU by way of TCM and west medicine. NGU results mainly from chlamydia and mycoplasma. According to TCM, the pathology is the mixture of vital essence deficiency and evils excess, and the etiology is damp and heat evils prevailing. As for therapy, economycin, macrolides, quinolone are always selected, while clearing heat and dispelling damp is the main formula in TCM treatment.
